1. Overview
At Need24 Digital Marketing Agency, we strive to provide exceptional service. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have designed this Refund Policy to be fair, transparent, and compliant with applicable Indian consumer protection laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
2. Subscription Plans
Our Service is offered on subscription basis (monthly or annual). Subscriptions are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan period.
3. Refund Eligibility
✓ Eligible for Refund
- Request made within 7 days of the initial subscription payment.
- Service was not accessible due to a technical fault on our end for more than 72 continuous hours.
- Duplicate payment charged due to a system error.
- Subscription was charged after a valid cancellation request was submitted and acknowledged.
✗ Not Eligible for Refund
- Refund request made after 7 days of payment.
- Partial month or partial period usage — subscriptions are not prorated.
- Account suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- WhatsApp API suspension by Meta due to policy violations by the user.
- Change of mind or lack of usage of the Service.
- Add-on credits or one-time purchases (e.g., extra messaging credits).
- Annual plans after 7 days from payment date.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; existing subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period after the 7-day window.
- To cancel, go to: Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan.
5. How to Request a Refund

Provide Details
Include your registered email, order/transaction ID, payment date, and reason for refund.

Review Period
We will review your request within 3 business days and notify you of the decision via email.

Refund Processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or alternative payment methods. For UPI, net banking, or card payments, the refund will be credited to the source account.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly and promptly.
8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
